When I saw how complicated it can be for doctors to find the ideal workplace, I decided to use my experience to create a better system. That’s how CS Medical – the recruitment agency that changes the rules in healthcare hiring – was born. Doctors tell us their expectations and we do the complete research for them. The result is 2–3 tailor-made offers, designed exactly according to their needs. We save time, eliminate stress, and deliver quality. Doctors can focus on medicine, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Founder
Medicine has always been my passion. But after years of working with many overtime hours, when I went on maternity leave, I didn’t plan to return to work anytime soon. Fortunately, I discovered that there are workplaces where conditions are dignified and parents are not just tolerated but genuinely supported. My goal is to help other colleagues also find the balance between work and personal life – exactly the way they want it.

Almost eight years in agency IT recruitment gave me a lot of experience. But over time, the lengthy corporate business and the overcrowded agency world stopped making sense to me. At CS Medical, I found a way to do it differently – now we focus on doctors who also deserve better jobs and conditions. We have a great concept, built around the needs of doctors, and every recruitment is tailored to them. We build genuine partnerships and connect talented doctors with leading healthcare facilities.
