That’s how CS Medical – the recruitment agency that changes the rules in healthcare hiring – was born. Doctors tell us their expectations and we do the complete research for them. Founder
Medicine has always been my passion. But after years of working with many overtime hours, when I went on maternity leave, I didn’t plan to return to work anytime soon. Fortunately, I discovered that there are workplaces where conditions are dignified and parents are not just tolerated but genuinely supported. My goal is to help other colleagues also find the balance between work and personal life – exactly the way they want it.

Almost eight years in agency IT recruitment gave me a lot of experience. But over time, the lengthy corporate business and the overcrowded agency world stopped making sense to me. At CS Medical, I found a way to do it differently – now we focus on doctors who also deserve better jobs and conditions.
